Lowe's Home Improvement

Crowley, LA is our store. 2 fridges, 2 freezers, stove, oven, dishwasher all from Lowe’s and performing well. Lowe’s card give 5% off in addition to sale/promotion prices. Ordered a new freezer over the phone recently and it was delivered in less than 24 hrs. I also like to scan the store for markdowns and have made some surprising deals. Of course I make scores of purchases of specialty items for home and garden, like 125 bags of pine bark mulch to help during our recent drought. No complaints and their associates are always helpful.

Nice store, but the registers were closed. Had to use the self checkout registers. Unfortunately, there was a long line waiting to use them. One was being used by an employee trying to buy a bunch of split logs at a damaged discount. I'm glad we don't have to stop here again.

Very poor experience. Just got a washer and dryer from them. The lady gave me the wrong information. The movers don't want to hook up my washer and dryer connections that i bought. I told them to leave the items, but they drove off. I will never buy appliances from them anymore. This company is very unprofessional.

I went to the CARENCRO La store this morning and when I approached the checkout there was only one and it was closed. There was many self check outs but I do not use self checkouts. When I approached an employee standing there I was informed I had to use self checkout. Why are you forcing people to self checkout? Why couldn’t she help me. Your store is becoming like the current government telling people what they have to use and drive. Very disappointed and needless to say I went to Home Depot and was assisted with no problem. Will not be buying at your store anymore.

Where should I start? I buy a washer and dryer and I’m told the day before I have a delivery window via text from 3 to 7. Nobody showed up nobody communicated with me so around 6:50 I’m trying to get a hold of customer support. Oh too bad they’re gone for the night so I have to talk to sales who tells me oh of course they will show up on time don’t worry. They don’t show up until 8:20. They were not remotely efficient. One of them was visibly angry, throwing things bitching about his schedule while the other one just giggled and did most of the work. After about an hour, they get everything in only to leave me with a cigarette dropped on my front porch, not my yard, not my driveway, my front freaking porch before they left. So at 9:15-ish I am picking up cigarettes and wiping smudges on my Sunday night and I now have 45 minutes to try to relax before I have to go to bed to get to work in the morning. I will never ever ever buy anything from Lowe’s again to be delivered as it’s long as I live…beyond disrespectful, beyond unprofessional and horrible customer experience with zero communication!
